How can I express in words my admiration for this talented Italian wedding photographer? I guess that there are no words that can describe how incredible he is. You should simply turn over the pages of one of his albums and feel the magic of his photographic reportage.
Carlo is not simply a photographer, he is an ARTIST. His images speak about deeper emotions, inner feelings, they inebriate with colors and sensations the audience looking at his masterpieces.
I met him in 2001 at his studio in Tuscany and I immediately fell in love with his way of shooting. Beautiful and communicative images in B/W, hand-printed in a darkroom… I was amazed, I had finally found a photographer who used the old techniques of developing photographic films, in an era where everything was so commercial. I had no doubts about his talent, and I decided to recommend him to future couples desiring to marry in Italy. It was not difficult to convince them to hire him. He clearly stood out among the others for his style, creativity and communication.
Since that first meeting I can count over 30 events so far, he was and keeps being THE photographer of my most luxurious events.
Moreover he is the one I chose for my own wedding.
I knew that this man was going to have success! And I was absolutely right!
Among his numerous prizes, in 2007 WPJA (Worldwide Photo Journalistic Association) appoints him as “Photographer of the year 2006” and in 2010 names him “Photographer of the year 2009”. He is the only photographer in the world to win twice, the most representative international award in wedding photography.
