Rachel Ramos and Randall Soo Hoo are a sweet American couple that contacted my agency on January 2012.
They wanted to plan a very intimate  Catholic wedding with 10 guests only on the lovely Amalfi Coast in September and needed our assistance to organize every single detail of their Italian wedding (paperwork, photos, music, flowers, beauty services, accommodation, and so on).

Venue ceremony: The Duomo of St. Andrew in Amalfi
Venue reception: Hotel Luna Convento, Saracene’s Tower in Amalfi
Number of guests: 12 inclusive B & G
Type of ceremony: Catholic ceremony with legal validity
Cocktail after the ceremony: organized in the beautiful Piazzetta in Atrani at Bar La Risacca.

Accommodation: Hotel Luna Convento (6 double rooms needed)
Color theme and flowers: Lime green viburnum, purple minicallas, fuchsia and ivory roses designed by EIW Florist.
What services our agency organized for them: paperwork for catholic and civil part, booking of accommodation, ground transfers from the airport to Amalfi, flowers for B & G, bridal party flowers, reception and church decor, hairdresser for the bride, sit-down reception, cocktail after ceremony, a violinist for the ceremony, photographer, wedding favors and accommodation.

The schedule of their wedding day

15:30 Our florist delivers flowers for the bridal party. Arrival of the photographer at the hotel. He visits the bride and takes pictures of her before the wedding.
16:25 Minivan for groom, guests and coordinator leaves from hotel Luna Convento
16:35  Arrival at the Duomo of guests
16:50 Mercedes for bride and her father leaves from hotel Luna Convento
17:00 Bride and her father arrive at the church
17:00 Ceremony commences at the Duomo of S. Andrew in Amalfi, performed by an English-speaking priest. Music during the ceremony: violinist.
18:00 End of ceremony and pictures in the most picturesque spots in town, walk through the picturesque streets of Amalfi.
18:30 Private transfer leaving from Amalfi. Car for spouses and minivan for guests, drop off in Atrani.
18:40  Intimate and informal cocktail at the Bar La Risacca and shots in this picturesque village of Atrani.
19:40  Back to Amalfi
19:50  Arrival at the Medieval Tower of Hotel Luna Convento for the wedding dinner. Cocktail hour served in their beautiful Medieval Cloister.
20:00 Beginning of the wedding reception.
