Here, Italian understated luxury meets unspoiled nature. The estate embodies authentic Tuscan architecture and design: chestnut ceiling beams, fine terracotta floors, white cow-skins strewn across floors, crisp linens, and bespoke artisan details. From the suites, the panoramic terraces, the Tree Lounge Bar, and the saltwater swimming pool, guests can take in 360-degree vistas over lush woodlands, olive groves, and hillside vineyards.

Wedding ceremony and reception

Civil, religious, or symbolic ceremonies can be held in several evocative outdoor settings: the panoramic Hilltop Garden, among the lush rows of the vineyard, or surrounded by ancient olive trees. Following the ceremony, cocktail hour and aperitifs can be hosted on the White Terrace, by the saltwater pool, or at the Tree Lounge Bar.

For the wedding reception, dinners are celebrated under the stars on the Vineyard Terrace or in the Hilltop Garden. The estate operates an in-house catering policy through its acclaimed Maremmana Restaurant; external catering is not permitted. Music and dancing can continue outdoors and across the lounge areas, with celebrations permitted until 3:00 am.

• Event Capacities (distinct from overnight accommodation):
  • Outdoor Reception & Ceremony: up to 130 guests seated (aperitif standing up to 130 guests).
  • Indoor Spaces: up to 70 guests seated for ceremonies and receptions (restaurant dining room accommodates up to 40 guests).
  • Wet-Weather Plan: a dedicated panoramic marquee (18 x 12 m) accommodates up to 130 guests seated, ensuring peace of mind for larger parties in case of inclement weather.

Accommodation

To accommodate destination wedding parties, the estate offers two distinct lodging solutions totaling up to 46 guests across both properties:

• Conti di San Bonifacio – Wine Resort (main estate):
  • 12 luxury rooms and suites accommodating up to 24 guests (based on standard double occupancy of 2 guests per suite).
  • Features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, organic breakfast, saltwater pool, sauna, and wellness massage rooms.
  • Additional beds: standard suites have zero extra beds; any additional beds are strictly subject to availability and prior written confirmation (up to 4 baby cots available).
  • Minimum stay: 2 nights (valid for both weekdays and weekends).
• Tuscan Townhouse (separate sister property in Montemassi):
  • Located in the nearby historic village of Montemassi (Roccastrada), just 11 km / 15 minutes by car from the Wine Resort.
  • Comprises 6 independent apartment-suites accommodating an additional 22 guests (Terrace Suite: 4; Bellavista Suite: 4; Panoramic Suite: 4; Garden Suite: 4; Courtyard Club: 2; Townhouse Club: 2).
  • Each unit features its own kitchen/kitchenette, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.
  • Dedicated transfer service between the Townhouse and the Wine Resort is available upon request (€30.00 each way).
  • Townhouse guests enjoy full access to the Wine Resort’s amenities, including the swimming pool, restaurant, wellness treatments, and breakfast.
  • Minimum stay: 2 nights.
