Venue description

The luxurious Il Pellicano Hotel is set on dramatic cliff top in Porto Ercole, on the Monte Argentario Peninula immersed in a wild Mediterranean nature. Once an island, this promontory is today connected to mainland through long sand strips that have formed a lagoon.

Il Pellicano is composed of a main building, a cluster of cottages scattered around the hotel’s garden, a private rocky beach, a heated swimming pool with seawater, a tennis court and a Michelin-starred restaurant. Pellicano Health & Beauty wellness center offers a fitness room, boutique and beauty treatments.

Parties can take place by the pool, by the sea and by moonlight, the vibe of this venue is super chic. Il Pellicano can be made exclusively available for weddings with guests staying on the hotel’s premises.

Wedding ceremony and reception

Symbolic Wedding ceremonies are organized on the beach in the secluded bay of the hotel followed by an Aperitivo by the pool. These areas are suitable to groups of max 120 guests. For a sit down dinner the Restaurant Il Pellicano has a capacity of 80 guests indoors and 60 outdoors, while the Grill area can hold 90 seated. For groups larger than 90 up to 120 guests it is possible to set up a marquee on their tennis court.

No limits for musical entertainment, dancing allowed till 5 am.

Accommodation

Beautiful Tuscan rooms have air conditioning, flat TV screen with dvd player, free WiFi access, minibar and satellite channels. Total number of rooms: 50 (34 spacious double rooms + 16 Suites). Weddings require 2 nights in full property buyout.
