Dear Martina,
Thank you for your good wishes. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, we were on honeymoon in Rome and Sardinia and we've been so busy the past week settling back into work.
We had such a wonderful time in Italy, and want to thank you so much for organizing such an amazing day for us and our guests.
The setting in beautiful Positano was simply breathtaking. As you know we're both travel agents and have traveled far and wide, but we both have to say Positano and the whole Amalfi coast was the most beautiful place we've ever seen! We felt truly blessed to celebrate our special day there. I was quite nervous at first trying to find a location mainly as we'd never been to the Amalfi Coast before, and due to the fact we had 27 guests that came over from the UK and felt somewhat responsible, but you suggested Positano as we wanted an outdoor wedding. I want to thank you so much for your excellent suggestion!
Your organization was brilliant; from the flowers, the suggestion of drinks at the beach bar ( please pass our thanks onto Mr Davide Amodeo and his staff for their professional + friendly service) , dinner at the Palazzo Murat ( where we stayed, the pictures really don't do the place justice, it's an amazing hotel), the transfer service ( who didn't find it a problem when a friend's flight was delayed by a few hours), the ladies at the salon did a great job with my manicure. So glad you suggested 'Music on the Rocks' the local nightclub as we danced until the early hours with ll our guests, who loved it.
A special word has to be said for Mrs Giovanna, our onsite assistant. She was a very loving and kind lady, who is so well suited to her job. She gave the impression that we were the only couple to ever get married in Positano, and to think she does this every day is amazing! Every guest mentioned how nice she was. One very small point I will point out is that the guest's couldn't
hear her at the civil ceremony at the Town hall, (possibly as we were outside) which was a shame as the ceremony was very heart-felt.
Pleas pass on our thanks to Mr Massimo, the photographer, he did a wonderful job. We're happy for you to use our words for your testimonials, as we were so happy with all your planning and wouldn't hesitate in recommending your services to others. You were very patient and I will miss your e-mails :-)
