It was clear since the beginning of our correspondence that Reina wanted a fabulous wedding in Tuscany in a private Villa and was looking for a really special venue to make her dreams come true. Our selection of enchanting villas attracted her attention and our research ended when we discussed the details of the Villa il Poggiale, a really elegant Renaissance Villa located in the countryside at just 30 minutes out of Florence.
Reina and Ben are a beautiful American couple who love Italy and getting married in this beautiful country has always been their dream! They wanted to share a really unique Special Day with their beloved families and friends and we helped them!
Every detail was carefully discussed to ensure the most authentic and personalized experience.
The villa has beautiful halls where Reina could comfortably get ready for the ceremony.
In the meantime Ben was enjoying the time with his good friends.

EIW took care of every detail of the wedding. You coordinated everything from the flowers, wedding menu, and accomodations. You thought of everything, and attended to our wedding needs. You made it easy to coordinate the wedding. You were great at responding to emails, and taking my phone calls. Thank you… this helped a lot!
EIW helped us narrow down venues in the Chianti area (there were a ton to choose from). We picked Villa Il Poggiale for its romantic atmosphere, and amazing scenery. It was exactly what we wanted, and what we wanted our guests to experience.
The day started with the hair stylist and make-up artist arriving to the Villa. I was extremely happy with their work. Thank you… I felt beautiful on our wedding day. I was all done prior to the photographer showing up too… so that was nice. Prior to the start of the wedding, I was anxious to not only meet my husband-to-be at the altar, but to see the ceremony set-up. As I walked out, I saw the groom (smiled big), and the fairy-tale wedding before my eyes.
Ben and I were so impressed with everything… we felt as if we were part of a celebrity wedding. The wedding was absolutely beautiful. Words cannot express it enough. This was an important event of our lives, and we had a blast! We laughed, ate, drank, and danced the night away. We didn’t have to worry about anything. You made sure of that.
The staff at the Villa was delightful and accommodating as well. The Villa manager, Monica, found every way to ensure the guests were comfortable. Monica and her team went to extremes to ensure they were taken cared of. This was important to us since only our closest family and friends were there to celebrate our special day.
Again, thank you for planning this amazing wedding for us. This was a memorable experience that we will cherish forever. We will definitely recommend your services to anyone interested in a wedding in Italy. You are amazing.
