Tuscany Wedding at Castello di Vicarello

Tara & Bryan had been college sweethearts since 2008, when they decided to tie the knot in 2018, ten years later. They have always been passionate travelers and showcased their love of travel with a beautiful destination wedding in Tuscany on September 4th, 2018.

When the bride and her mother visited Castello di Vicarello, they fell in love with the lush greenery, organic orchards, vineyard, authentic castle vibes and with the decorative connections to the island of Bali, where Tara had spent some time earlier.

The couple decided on a romantic, intimate vibe and wanted to incorporate multiple unique themes and color schemes over the celebrations. The welcome dinner’s vibrant allure was achieved with kumquats, shades of lavender and green, and a bright dress code for the couple and their stylish friends and family. That same evening, everybody changed into white outfits for a cozy “al fresco” movie viewing post-dinner.

The wedding day could be described as a “color journey”: the ceremony, held within a grove of olive trees, stayed on the natural side thanks to green and white blooms. Cocktail hour showcased the ceremony palette with pastel peach flowers in vintage terra cotta pots. Finally, the palette transitioned to brighter pastel tones for the reception dinner, featuring a long vintage wooden table decorated with gold flatware and a beautiful pergola adorned with eucalyptus and romantic gold-rimmed lanterns.
