Also known as Santa Maria della Scala Church, this is a complex that was one of the first European hospitals, located opposite the facade of the Duomo in Siena. The beautiful interior of the Church with all the enchanting frescoes makes it ideal for medium and small weddings. At the centre of the high altar visitors can admire a bronze work and placed on both sides of the Christ, there are two bronze, candelabrum-bearing angels by the 16th-century goldsmith, two adoring angels and two additional marble, a really spectacular setting for a catholic ceremony in Siena.

Catholic with legal validity are allowed and in this case a formality at the Town Hall is necessary too. We will settle all appointments on your behalf. Romantic weddings in Siena can be celebrated all year around, the ceremony takes approx 45 minutes, music is a must and we always recommend to hire at least an organist. Any type of classical instrument is available and allowed.
