About 4 miles south of Monterosso you find Vernazza, a charming village with a natural harbor in the shape of a semicircle and a 14th century church that appears to have risen from the sea. It seems as if nothing has changed here for centuries. The little harbor is dotted with fishing boats, and the water laps up against a small piazza. It's the perfect setting for an aperitif or an evening meal...a truly romantic, intimate and relaxing fishing village immersed in the most authentic and pristine nature.

Civil weddings in Vernazza are performed in a former Friars Convent located next to the local municipality of town, formed by a picturesque bell tower and a medieval cloister. The location is on the highest part of town and boasts incredible views of the whole village and sea. The interior still preserve the icons of Saints and refined frescoes.
