Florence Renaissance Villa for wedding reception

Venue Location
This residence is located in the green hills between Fiesole and Florence, approx 15 minutes from Florence and 5 minutes from Fiesole. Everything is accessible by foot, bus, or taxi.

Venue description
The origins of this prestigious property go back to the 15th century. Its enormous estate covers an area of nearly 300 hectares and is located on the beautiful green hills overlooking Florence.
The property includes a villa which is the ideal place for the celebration of weddings and receptions and a Farmhouse with accommodations and where organic olive oil is also produced. In the gardens of the Farmhouse there is a lovely swimming pool that has an amazing panoramic view over Tuscany hills and where guests can relax and enjoy their stay.

Wedding ceremony
Protestant, Jewish and Symbolic ceremonies can be held in the Italian Oak garden, in the private Chapel of the Villa or in the inside halls. Civil wedding ceremonies at Palazzo Vecchio in Florence. Catholic ceremonies can be celebrated at a nearby church in the village of Maiano, at approx 1 minute walk from the Villa (for large groups). It is  also available the private Chapel of the villa (approx 20/30 pax).

Wedding banquets
Areas available for banquets at the villa are: all the inside halls on the ground floor, the garden with terrace over Florence, the Italian garden (on request).
Internal rooms can keep up to 250 people while the external spaces can keep up to 300 guests.
The largest inside hall is the Tapestry Hall that can accommodate up to 110 guests.
Red Hall (Sala Rossa): approx 45/50
Dining room Hall: approx 45/50
Carriage Hall: approx 60.
Billiard Hall: a room connecting the outdoor area to the Sala Arazzi, max 20 guests, two tables of 10 each.

All rooms have their original furniture.
Outdoor areas: large garden with a panoramic terrace over Florence. On request the Italian and Oak gardens for welcome cocktails.

Cuisine
Italian cuisine with touches of Tuscan tradition. Excellent service. Customized menus to spouses specifications.

Music entertainment
Music with dancing is allowed outside the villa on the panoramic terrace until 24.00. Dancing is allowed on the terrace, not on the lawn. Inside, music and dancing can take place in the Sala degli Arazzi and Sala delle Carrozze till 1:30am.

Accommodation
The Farmhouse has 12 apartments with all comforts for a relaxing stay. They are located in the estate, just a few steps from the Villa. The whole estate can accommodate up to 60 people. There is a lovely pool and a restaurant available for guests. Trekking and bike paths, internet access are available too.

Weddings in the villa can be held all year round.
