We would like to begin by saying a huge thank you to you and all the team for the most amazing day. This started with our first e-mail to you and you contacting us immediately and giving us all of the information we would need to start planning our special day. With each question we had you would respond straight away with useful information to enable us to make decisions which are hard enough if you are in the same country yet alone in a place you have never visited. You were always there to answer any questions and gave us the confidence to entrust you with our special day.
From the moment we landed in Naples, everything from the limousine waiting for us, the beautiful drive to Ravello, the porters waiting for us to take our many bags, the lovely welcome at the hotel, was making us extremely excited. Having your itinerary to hand made us feel like we had some control. Meeting with Anna and Luigi at the town hall and going through the documents made it all seem so easy, but we know how much work went into preparing everything, the trial with the make-up artist was perfect and going through the grounds and sampling the wines at the Caruso was bliss.
The wedding day itself was a dream. We had about 40 friends and family staying at the hotel with us and we had a lovely time relaxing in the morning, we would recommend a 6 o'clock wedding to anyone so you can all enjoy the whole day together. Everyone went to the town hall earlier and had a drink in the very convenient cafe next door. Robert and I met in the main square so we could walk up the steps to the town hall and walk down the aisle together. The ceremony was perfect and standing outside saying our vows in the beautiful garden made it all very special.
The luxury hotel in Ravello was amazing, we wish we were there to see our guests faces when they arrived as the views are out of this world. No one could believe how wonderful it was. Having the cocktails and then dinner all in the same garden was perfect and worked so well as we moved between meal and drinks. Tiziana, the events manager worked so hard and stayed with us all night, she made everything so perfect. The food was wonderful and the service was exemplary. Neither of us wanted the night to end. We all walked back to the hotel through the square and had prosecco and few bottles of limoncello on the way to end the night.
Thank you for also organising the hotels in Positano and Sorrento, we had an amazing time in both places but Ravello is our favourite.
When we got home we couldn't wait to see the photos, wow, the photographer is fantastic, we have over 450 photos and we love everyone of them.
Everyone said I was the most relaxed bride-to-be they had ever seen, I said it was Laura’s magical touch that made everything work so well. Our 8 month old son was only 8 weeks old when we started organising this and we could never have had such an amazing wedding without your help.
The best comments we had was that someone thought it was the best wedding they had ever been to, even their own and another thought it was like being in a fairytale!
