Some really beautiful Catholic Churches on Lake Maggiore will enchant you because of their beautiful architecture and stunning position overlooking the lake! 

 

Catholic Weddings for non residents are allowed in a small beautiful Romanesque Church on the Borromean Islands that dates back to the beginning of the eleventh century with several restorations during the following centuries.

Isola dei Pescatori, Lake Maggiore  

There is also an enchanting Catholic Church from the thirteenth century located in a small village near Stresa that we recommend for your catholic wedding ceremony. This Parish Church is located on the shores with great views of the lakes. The sumptuously decorated nave and two aisles testifies the wealth of the families living in the area in past centuries.

Church of San Martino in Lesa, Lake Maggiore  

On the hills surrounding the lake there is a small hamlet with a lovely Parish Church where your Catholic wedding can be celebrated. This Church is decorated with Gothic and Renaissance features, and is one of the prettiest churches still in a good state of conservation.

Romanesque church on Lake Maggiore  

Nearby there is a Sacred Mount with a Roman Catholic devotional complex overlooking the Lake Maggiore. Catholic wedding ceremonies for non-residents can be celebrated in the main church of the complex.
