Symbolic wedding in Positano on June 2nd, 2006

Hi Martina,

Sorry for not writing sooner.  We just got back to work on Thursday and we were so jet lagged that the week was over before I knew it! Thank you for your best wishes.  We had a wonderful time on our trip.

I did want to tell you how wonderful Ada and Francesca at Palazzo Murat were.  I know Ada has only been at the hotel for a month or two so I'm not sure if you have a relationship with her but she was FABULOUS.  She really took care of everything.  I felt like we had a wedding planner on site.

I also wanted to let you know how wonderful our celebrant was.  When we met him on the day before our wedding he said he was rather new at this but the personal insights, concern and interest he brought to our ceremony were beautiful and touching.  He suggested some changes to our ceremony during our meeting that brought me to tears they were so beautiful.  We weren't really sure how involved a celebrant we had never met would be in our ceremony and it really meant a lot to us that Mr. Eames viewed our symbolic ceremony the same way that we did.  Bravo!

Finally, we are soooooooooooo happy with the photographs Massimo took in spite of the horrible weather.  He did an incredible job under poor conditions and he and the videographer did not make any complaints about the late start of the ceremony and took advantage of the waiting time to take more photographs.

I can't remember the videographer's name for some reason because I thought he looked like the actor Christopher Walken and now that's all I can think of!  haha.  But we're very pleased with our video as well.

We visited Massimo's studio before we left and were very impressed with his professional photography.  I cannot say enough good things about his work and his professionalism.

Thank you so much for making our special day so wonderful.  We are very, very pleased with the outcome and will certainly remember it fondly for the rest of our lives.

Here's to you and Laura for a job well done!  :)

Best,

Stephanie and Simon
