Dear Laura,
Larry and I would like to thank you so much for all the effort that you’ve spent to put together such an amazing wedding day for us.
Having been a professional event planner myself, it was difficult for me to choose a wedding coordinator to put my faith in. After all, I know from experience how important details are for any special occasion, especially a wedding.
I feared that since you were so far away and we had never met, you could never truly understand my taste, or know what was important to me.
But shortly after our initial email contact, when we spoke briefly by phone, you put me at ease by your calm and professional manner. However, even though I had the feeling I could trust you, it was still a leap of faith. You rewarded my trust, with a day that exceeded our highest expectations.
During the planning process, when we were becoming overwhelmed with the red tape and paperwork involved when United States Citizens marry in Italy, I was comforted by your guidance and assurance that it would all be worth it.
You made me feel that you were literally by my side, from start to finish,…thank you for your diligence and organizational skills.
Your magic touch was most evident on our wedding day, beginning with the delivery of my magnificent bouquet.
I was overjoyed with the color and design, both perfect for my gown.…thank you for your creative style.
Your visit to my suite reassuring me that you had everything handled was so appreciated….thank you for such a lovely personal touch.
Next, the enchanting gondola ride to Palazzo Cavalli, arriving to see the photographer ready to capture the moment……thank you for your impeccable timing.
And the music…. oh the music,…not only did your incredible CD include “our” song, but you timed its play for the precise moment that we said our vows.
Laura, you truly have found your passion and we are so lucky to have found you. Larry and I will forever cherish every moment of our Dream Wedding Day. Thank you for such a beautiful memory.
